Pack Your Items
Place the items back in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring the original tags are still attached to keep the Fred spirit alive.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the parcel, and drop it off at your nearest designated shipping point.
Get Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
